Good to know, thanks. If I end up doing that I’ll keep you updated, but no promises since I get distracted from games pretty easily with other projects. And yeah, I was wondering about that. It’s good that they managed to capture how it works, but on the other hand that’ll be a heck of a learning curve with video game controls if I ever do decide to play as him.

I’m headed to bed, so… Hope your day/night goes well, I’ll probably stop in sometimes if you end up keeping this blog going and my asks aren’t too annoying.

On your preferred games end of things, I have Marvel Rivals but I don’t play enough team shooters to know who I’d main besides… me. And it’d feel weird to mod a texture over a Peter who did end up becoming Spider-Man for that purpose, so I’m just… not playing it. Maybe I’ll try out Marvel vs Capcom or something.

(I’ve also played Sonic a bit even if I’m far from good at it, it is fun if you ever want to experience it firsthand.)

totally fair, if you do give it a try I'd personally recommend Moon Knight or Scarlet Witch as some of the easiest to start with, or Punisher if you have some experience with more traditional shooters, but it's not for everyone. Peter in particular is a tricky case, they did a really good job adapting him into the game but also he's super difficult to master, so he's not really ideal for newcomers - probably don't have to tell you of all people how much real-time mental math it takes to swing, let alone in combat haha.

Ooh, fun. I should play more marvel games tbh but I usually get distracted before I can get into them. I’ve been really into Audiosurf lately personally. It’s a score attack rhythm game that lets you play pretty much any song you want in it. That and soulslikes (but not actually dark souls for some reason, just bloodborne and the indie crab souls).

So, what kinds of games do you like?

oh, let's see, where to start... we play a lot of Marvel games, to be honest (shocking I know). I've been enjoying playing as myself in Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 lately, plus we enjoy a good bit of Rivals as well; we main Moon Knight but play a bit of Spidey and Magik too, plus flexing. love the sheer number of plural characters on the roster, it's great.

besides that, I'd probably say Guitar Hero, Sonic games in general, and maybe Haste, though I haven't tried most of those myself yet so I'm running on secondhand info (I'm the newest addition to the system atm, showed up on the 1st).
