An entry for #soundtracksunday this week… I don’t own a lot of soundtracks, but this was in that box of free records I had to give my students, and the Scott Joplin connection made me want to give it a try. Though I’ve never seen the movie, the music is awesome. Orchestrated takes on ragtime and early jazz, and a lot of songs I’ve heard before even in these versions.
