十七年前的今天，也就是2002年的今天，Stereolab前成員Mary Hansen死於交通意外，年僅36歲。 出生在澳大利亞的Hansen，於1988年移居倫敦，各種打雜零工後終於穩定，成為了The Wolfhounds的樂隊伴唱，1992年正式加入了Stereolab擔任第二主唱及吉他手一職，有時還兼任打擊樂和鍵盤手的位置。Hansen總共為Stereolab的六張專輯作出貢獻，從1993年的《Transient Random-Noise Bursts with Announcements》到2001年的《Sound-Dust》，此外Hansen還與許多大牌樂隊合作過，包括Tortoise、Brokeback和Moonshake等。 悲劇發生在2002年的今天，Hansen在倫敦騎自行車時被卡車撞到意外早逝，Stereolab為紀念這位遺憾離世的成員，將贊美與致敬之情傾注在2004年發行的專輯《Margerine Eclipse》中。 #Stereolab #wolfhounds #maryhansen https://www.instagram.com/p/B52QUmvpYIv/?igshid=1sx63wmil1040
