I LOVE Mary's Test Kitchen V-Burger recipe and I will be using it a lot ☺️😋 [Mary’s Test Kitchen|https://youtu.be/u5ZKA-Eabzk] I was craving the old frozen type salisbury steak and mashed potato meal ... So I created it from her burger recipe. ☺️ And it was amazing! I made the v-burgers the night b4. Fried them in a pan and used the broth they are originally simmered in as the gravy base. All I added was a cornstarch slurry and some more seasonings but it didn't need many. I boiled a potato and quick seared some broccoli and cauliflower. Put it all in a bowl and ate it all! Starting my first batch of #rejuvelac Let's see if there will be good #vegancheese soon.. I think I'll try one with #almonds Rejuvelac is a fermented liquid that's supposed to give the cheese nice flavor and good bacterias.. sprout some #quinoa or #wheat So at first soak the grains in water for a night. Then pour out the water and rinse the grains. Let them sprout for 3-4 days and rinse morning and night. When the grains have sprouted fill the container with water. Let it sit for 24 hours. The first day of #rejuvelac is often fresh and a little sour with small bubbles forming and can be used in a smoothie or as a drink by it self. Fill the container with fresh water and use the rejuvelac from day 2 and 3 to make cream cheese with nuts. I got my recipe from YouTube as usual #marystestkitchen @marystestkitchen (at Södermalm)
