Her kindness, most definitely. She has cool hands but is the warmest person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am confident that anyone who is lucky enough to spend more than a moment around her cannot help but notice how loving she is.  

She looks right into my eyes as I speak, and she shows genuine interest in my life, and occasionally, she reaches for my hand to squeeze it when she finds something amusing. 

She makes me feel accepted and is always sure to let me know that she cares about me and is available should I need anything. And she is always sure to embrace me before we depart. It may sound small, but to me, those things are not small at all. 

I am immeasurably glad that our paths crossed.
