Doesn’t the name Bubble & Squeak sound like something really fun to eat? I love the name and also it is so delicious! I’ve eaten it several times while traveling in England. Basically it’s a mashed potato cake with veggies, usually cabbage or Brussels sprouts. I make it at home and change the vegetables a lot.
