I was like that as well, don’t worry, having trust issues is quite normal I guess (unfortunately), I tried to help everyone around me, but feels like they didn’t even realize it and when something bad happens I’m the one to blame Well I’m over it now

I know right it really does suck having trust issues but I guess since most of this stuff happened to me when I was younger it just grew.. ahh I know how you feel and I don't know why they blame you D: makes no sense... but sorry /hugs/ <3

I dreamed a few times that I’m lying in my bed just like I really did and then a snake appeared and flashes forward to bite me and in that moment I wake up and flinch back and everything tingles and omg is that something like this?

terrifying, a lot of the physical anomalies you experience in dreams seem to carry to real life, which is interesting.

There are different states of sleep paralysis, people who have more “beliefs” in supernatural tend to be more terrorized and have worst experiences during sleep paralysis, others though barely feel terror, so maybe it could be it.

I seem to fit under that category lol although my dreams aren't that closely related to supernatural themes despite my beliefs.

I’ve experienced similar things many times. I normally just deemed it as sleep paralysis— your hallucinations don’t have to be the absolutely most terrifying thing in the world for it to be classified as that.

What do you usually dream of then? I'm curious about how it works in different people

yeah this is like sleep paralysis if you read up more on the process of how that happens. it helps prevent it from happening to me if i sleep on my side

hmm that's interesting. I haven't had it in a while though, I honestly hope it occurs again so I can learn more about the experience
