His espeon had been comfortably           napping at his side, and its tail thumped across the           ground once at the sudden disturbance.                        “ I uh, “ Silver glanced at the title briefly.                        “ I’ve been reading up on the Ruins of Alph a lot lately.. “

  Arranging a meeting proved less than difficult. The team was at a stopping   point, and everyone seemed to have free time to relax and recuperate for   the upcoming journey. So, just a FEW minutes out of his day to speak with   her didn't seem like much...

  However, time completely got away from her. Sitting in a dark room, one   originally hidden from all eyes, the rambunctious child found herself dig-   ging through some sort of vessel that held a very soft, familiar cloth. It   didn't take long to realize what it was. In the following moments, the fabric   was draped over her being, practically swallowing her in comfort. Tiny,   elated giggles escaped her lips but were fortunately muffled by furry fea-   thers.

  So absorbed by her own amusement, the presence of another failed to grab   her attention.
