Maskless Pyro hhhuh uuuuuuh idk how I feel. They have raw and bloody skin bc they don’t take great care of themself and strain themself a lot. I imagine sweating in a flame retardant suit and a gas mask all day doesn’t do wonders for keeping their scars in good health.

Based again on the one model of them except I made them more androgynous (hopefully)

My unmasked Pyro headcanon!

Some yapping about the design choices under the cut :

This might be an unpopular take : My Pyro isn't covered head to toe in burn scars. He does have burn scars here and there don't get me wrong, but she's not covered in them. She IS a competent pyrotechnician after all, he wears fire-proof protection for a reason.

My personal hc for Pyro's origins is that he was a firefighter arsonist (look it up, it's a real thing) before joining the gravel war.

I also love the idea of Pyro's gender being just as ambiguous without the mask so I made him look as androgynous as I could here.

Also tried to find a good balance between scary and cute. Cause it's Pyro after all. I think she turned out great!
