Honestly the discovery would be easier if i remember that most of the cartoon character wearing a mask.
The only thing i remembered was

Actually i don't quite remember how she look like. It's the feeling that says 'theres a girl from a cartoon you used to watch when kid and she can turn into a cat. A black cat. And you can't take your eyes off her'
litterally no clue at all.
The second thing i remembered was the phoenix.
With that two clue. I tried to search for this cartoon.
