You go inside the cottage, and to your surprise, YOU FIND A SNAKE. Not just any snake , but the murderer from the previous chapter -- TOUMA KOZAKURA . He’s fast asleep in the hammock and there’s tea on the stove, as well as signs of this place being well-lived. The bed is every bit as neat as the placement of pillows on the couch, and written instructions in Marry’s handwriting are scattered about on places like the fridge or the sink.You assume they’re “how-to” manuals -- but you can ONLY ASSUME, as they’re written in a LANGUAGE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.

➤ Wake Touma up?➤ Quietly keep searching around the place?➤ Go upstairs?➤ Take one of the bizarre notes and ask fellow players for decryption?➤ Leave the cottage and search elsewhere.➤ Leave the daze.

You enter Marry’s daze, and to your surprise it’s completely serene. Birds are chirping, a garden is out front, and a small cottage sits in the middle of the forest in a perfect sun-touched clearing of bright green grass that flows in the subtle breeze.

You take Shintaro’s clothes. He’s got one less varsity jacket to worry about. You check his bed next, & find empty soda cans, an extra blanket, & a few of his grab bag items.

in the drawers, theres nothing of interest besides clean underwear, a few outfits, and tissues. (Ew.)
