I was checking out my WIPs and found this one. It's meant to be a follow up for the Apprentice Ace Windham series I wanted to make in leisure, but I guess I stopped because I was busy with a show's season 2. Deadlines are tighter when a show gets new seasons.

I wanted to try my hand more in digital manga pages, tones and all, so it looks very amateur.

Maybe I want more dramatic suspense. The uncertainty between them despite knowing who they are. idk maybe moments of Ryunosuke trying to unmask him and the Apprentice taking it as a hostility. maybe I want the Apprentice’s heart knowing who Ryunosuke is despite his mind not remembering and it becomes his internal conflict. idk man jesus

Asougi is still the apprentice while the masked man is a nonchalant, flirty (towards ryunosuke), but awesome man that is probably a spy.

That he meets after his second case.

It would be funny

It'd be funnier if the Masked Apprentice just has no face reveal like with Jezaille Brett (i just get a kick out of the masked assassin trope 👌👌👌)

Also the Apprentice can only talk selectively for some reason, which does not help Kazuma’s jealousy.

And aside from prosecutor training, Barok is helping him how to talk again but unfortunately the Apprentice’s voice only appears when Ryunosuke is around.

me, watching a Great Ace Attorney playthrough: since this is a series of characters with tragic backstories, I’m going to ship something lighter
