It really fucking is a shame that the Entire concept of Ghost BC got ruined for my system because of childhood trauma that happened long before Tobias Forge even thought about making Ghost and that we didn't remember because it technically didn't happen the way we remember it but what *did* happen was something that really really soured the concept of a Satanic church in fiction

Feeling really fucking upset about the new Ghost chapter but not for the reasons you'd expect.

I'm upset because I didn't give a shit about it. I should have felt a lot about what happened in it, but I just felt. Nothing.

Part of it is that I now understand that the creator of Ghost doesn't give a shit about the lore outside of the Sister Imperator comics, and if he doesn't give a shit about what happens in the Chapters, I don't see that I should either.

Part of it is that I've recovered trauma memories that now make it so that a Satanic church is no longer a premise I find entertaining, especially with the comedic tone that the chapters usually have.

Two years ago or even just a year ago, the update would have been a huge deal to me, but it's. Not. Fuck.
