masoncat general lore:

1. he's NOT mason. he is however a close relative. i won't say how

2. masoncat is strictly unapproachable to everyone except mason and val. every living thing within 40 feet gets obliterated (he goes outside regularly and kills about 2300 creatures a day when playing toys with mason)

3. masoncat has unremoveable bangs

4. he is striped and dotted at the same time

5. genetically he is closer to god than a housecat

6. in the winter he is prohibited from the attic

7. he is level 21

8. masoncat (no space) is a being from the echo world. mason cat (with a space) is the feline creature based on mason (does not coexist alongside mason. they are the same person but one is a cat)

9. there is no crystal or magic to contain masoncat. with every day he only grows stronger

10. he CAN appear out of nowhere
