When Regina wakes up in the last episode, after faintin, she asks for Emma. why is that? I was just wondering your opinion. It just doesnt make much sense in terms of Swan queen 'not being' written into the show, however this seems suggestive to me. Like if it was to do with the realization of the curse, why wouldn't she wake up and say 'Henry' in such an emotive manner.

I definitely think Regina saw more than she let on. I talked about it a little more in depth here and here when the episode first aired.

Everything about the way Regina was acting post-faint leads me to believe there were important details left out of that part of the narrative.  And the way she breathed Emma’s name and grabbed her forearm immediately upon waking up… well, that leads me to believe I’m going to enjoy said details quite a bit.
