No Deeded Parking

Not all realtors do their due diligence; some intentionally or through incompetence misrepresent a listing without regard for the consequences that follow. Typical misrepresentations are that there is "deeded parking" or that “you can park as many vehicles as you like.”

Liberty Commons Condominium Trust has no deeded parking regardless of what the realtor or seller may try to represent. This is why it is important for buyers to do their own due diligence and read the condominium documents. Each condominium is limited to the maximum use of two non-exclusive parking spaces in accordance with the condominium documents, that regulate the types of vehicles, no commercial vehicles, no commercially lettered vehicles, the vehicles must be properly registered and inspected, must be operable, no trucks over a specified weight classification, no trailers, no boats, no unregistered vehicles, guest parking is regulated, etc. Errors or omissions by a seller or realtor, are not binding upon the board or association to honor. The condominium documents including the rules and regulations apply to everyone, regardless of what some “special” people seem to think. Being a mother, father or child is not an exemption from the condominium documents. If a buyer needs more than two vehicles or parking spaces, then perhaps the buyer should not be considering a condominium or other shared ownership properties and look to a single-family house that is not in an HOA.
