How to manifest instantly
I’ve heard so many times manifestation coaches saying that manifesting by nature takes time. It’s just how the universe works, the 3D takes time to conform and respond to your thoughts, it’s the process. Well I’m here to tell you that’s a bunch of crap.
On September last year I manifested contact from my SP, who had blocked me one year before, within 2 hours. Yes, he unblocked me and he texted me, one year later, out of the blue. I hadn’t texted him, seen him, walked by his house, NOTHING. And it took me just two hours! The exact technique I used is besides the point so I will leave it for another post.
I am sure you have at least once experienced instant manifestation in your life. How many times have you thought of someone just randomly and the very next moment they texted or called you? How many times have you talked about your favorite fast food only for your mom to come home with some?
The thing about the universe is it works in laws, which means that if we can replicate the exact process, we will get the same result no matter how many times we use the law. So if we all experience instant manifestation, how can a coach tell us it is not possible?
Manifesting doesn’t take time, what takes time is training your brain to think accordingly to what we want to manifest. The second we do that our manifestation comes, instantly.
There are 3 important things to keep in mind.
Affirm in the present tense and with authority. Most people, including me when I first started, think of manifesting and affirming as something separate from them, as a little magic trick that will help them change their lives. I remember I was thinking something along the lines of; “I will affirm enough and that will bring me my desires.” The problem with that statement is that it created separation between me and my desires, I was affirming with the belief that my desires will come, not that I already have them. When you affirm, you are the creator, you are the universe, YOU COMAND and everything and everyone around you HAS to conform to that comand. When you affirm, you know that your affirmation has just happened, because you commanded it, you do not wait for it to come, it is already here. A little trick to do that is to remember that things are constantly shifting behind the scenes. Just because you haven’t yet gotten the job you want doesn’t mean that your employers aren’t in a meeting room RIGHT NOW discussing how good your qualifications are, or that your SP isn’t thinking RIGHT NOW that they miss you and want to break up with the 3rd party cause they just cannot stop thinking about you.
Do not let opposing thoughts slip in, do not allow you kind to spiral! The moment you think about your desire YOU AFFIRM. You do not let ANY negative or opposing thoughts pass through! They serve you no good, they just slow things down. Get them quick before they even form and start making you spiral.
STOP CHECKING THE 3D! I don’t care what is going on and you shouldn’t either. What you’re seeing is an illusion create by past thoughts. What is happening right now so what you affirm! If the circumstances get thrown in your face remember they have absolutely NO POWER because you’re god! You’re in charge! They have no power over you! They’re so powerless you can change them in hours! They’re so unimportant tomorrow they’ll be gone! And stop checking your phone for messages, their Instagram account or also by around. You already know what’s happening and it’s what you’re affirming. So quit blocking your manifestation by giving any significance to the 3D. Focus on yourself and keep yourself busy!

Your vibration doesn’t have anything to do with manifesting
Manifestation is all about your thoughts & beliefs
If you notice you’ll see that no matter the state you are in you can still manifest. One time I was so angry yet I still manifested something positive happening, because my anger had nothing to do with it, my belief was intact and despite being in a “low vibration state” I still got my desire.
Being in a positive state all the time is fist of all IMPOSSIBLE and secondly extremely boring. Listen I know this might be an unpopular opinion but tbh I don’t even want to be happy all the time, sometimes I wanna be sad, angry and unsatisfied. And I believe that is actually very healthy, it’s all about the human experience. How are we supposed to value happiness if we haven’t experience sadness? Feeling unsatisfied pushes me to manifest, to create, to evolve. Negative emotions have such an important role in our lives and we must save space for them.
So no, you do not need to act like you’re on drugs, it’s important that you do not dwell on the negative emotions but do not avoid them, feel them when they come, they are therapeutic.
“Alignment” is bullshit
Alignment to source, to divine timing, to your twin flame... mehhhhh
You do not need to be in alignment with anything, all you need to do is trick your mind into believing that your visualization or affirmation is actually real and happening right now. If that’s what you wanna call alignmen, by all means feel free but do not fall for anything else please!
You are not grateful!
Oh well...
Gratitude for your current circumstances is great but won’t bring you your manifestation.
I will forever say that learning to manifest is a journey of self discovery and you need to find out what works best for you. So yes, maybe feeling grateful for what you have helps some of you manifest, it puts you in the right mood, BUT do not ever believe that the reason your manifestation is not coming is because you are not grateful, or that if you feel grateful for what you have right now you will manifest everything you want.
Gratitude for the thing you want to manifest is a different matter, that falls under the category of “living in the end” or in simpler words thinking from the reality you want and it will actually benefit your manifestation.
You do not need to stop desiring your manifestation
What is even the fucking point of that honestly? I want to manifest something because I DESIRE it... If I stop desiring it, I DONT WANT IT ANY MORE.
This is all about the concept of detachment. I’ve previously touch on this topic and my view is pretty strong because I feel that it is one of the main reasons people don’t get their manifestations.
You do not need to stop desiring what you want, you do not even need to stop thinking about it. I manifested my SP while thinking about him ALL DAY LONG. Because I was in love, and that’s what people in love do, you cannot control it. To be clear though you should not obsess over your desire either, having a healthy relationship with your wants and being balanced is also extremely important and that is why self love is key.
What you need to do is when you think of your desire, you should think about it as if it is already here, get excited, you already have what you want! You are a manifestor! How cool is that? Yay!
Why self love is the key to manifesting your desires
Manifestation is a journey. As I’ve already said, and I will be repeating as much as I need to, your thoughts create. Meaning you are the only being in the entire universe that has the power to change your reality. In more artsy words;
As the way you see things changes, the things you see change
I don’t know who said that, but they got the point.
Anyway, learning to shift your thoughts is not the easiest process. You’ve most likely spend the biggest part of your life with these ideas in your head, and although I promise you they will go away fast it will still require effort on your part.
The most important thing you will need to work on to see a change is the concept of your own self. No matter how many affirmations you say, how much you visualize and how hard you work, if your main beliefs are that; none ever likes you, nothing good ever happens to you, you will never be loved, you are so unlucky, nothing will ever manifest.
Thankfully you can do something about it. Start doing self concept affirmations, start practicing self love, start doing things for yourself, start speaking kindly to you, start being grateful for everything you are, start believing you deserve all things good and you can have all you desires.
And that my loves is how not only you will manifest your desires but you’ll get to keep them. 💖
You are manifesting constantly
I see a lot of confusion from people when it comes to manifesting. The thing you need to understand is that you are manifesting all the time, yes right now you are manifesting. You have created all you experiences, good or bad, and you continue to create them second by second. Maybe we coaches should be more clear and start using the term “conscious manifesting” because that describes what we do more accurately.
Everyone that thinks manifesting people is wrong should consider again. You are not forcing anyone to do anything, you are already choosing to create a version of them, you just didn’t know it until now! Why is it more ethical to keep creating someone that doesn’t want you, treats you poorly or simply ignores you when you can create them head over heels in love with you and make you both happy?
Universe works in both directions, have you heard the saying “what you seek is seeking you”? Why allow your shitty past beliefs ruin that? I am a firm believer that we desire things for a reason and we are meant to have everything we desire.
Transition period
A lot of times in manifesting you hear the term “transition period” which is there to generally imply a period where you are somewhere in between the reality you started and the new reality where you have what you want. The truth about the transition period is not exactly that. As I’ve said before you manifest INSTANTLY, no waiting, no transition period.
So the way to manifest is to convince your mind that you are already in the new reality, once you do your manifestation comes instantly. What might take time however is the process of convincing your mind about it. This is what I like to call transition period.
So essentially transition period is a time when conflicting thoughts exist in your head. This is what creates hot and cold behaviors and “birds before land” or small manifestation that are not the real deal yet.
Even after you received your manifestation you will notice that a lot of times there is a period when you are not exactly feeling safe about it just yet. When you still doubt it or you are afraid you might lose it. This is also part of the transition period and it is extremely important to persist with your mental diet and affirmations at that point to solidify your manifestation and keep it for good!
Overcoming fear when manifesting
When manifesting, a lot of times, there is this little voice in the back of your head that you like to ignore, to pretend it’s not there. This little voice is your fear, the unspeakable, that which makes you shiver in the slightest idea that it might be true. You focus on your intentions and shake it off but you’re just lying to yourself. It’s there, creeping behind every affirmation you make.
Well that’s enough. You are the creator of your reality and nothing, and I mean that, NOT ONE SINGLE THING, has the slightest power over you, YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER.
So be brave, brace yourself, stop giving your power away. Speak your fear out loud, confront it, face it. Allow yourself to immerse in a reality where it is true. Take all the power it has away.
The more you hold it in the more it controls you.
What is
Living in the end
And how it is different from acting as if.
Living in the end is basically the same as doing a mental diet, it means that your thoughts reflect the reality you wish to be in.
You need to think from the end result, if you want a new car think how lucky you are that you just got one.
Do not ever Act as If
Pretending to live a life you don’t, lying to friends and acquaintances, obsessively acting as if you have the person you desire... Acting as if is bad advice and doesn’t lead to results but to insanity.
All you need to do is think as if and even better feel as if.
