As I was thinking about the commissions I’ve had the joy of doing, I remembered this one that I did as a gift for Linda Young, the voice actress for Genkai from YYH. She was a lovely lady and I’m so glad I got to meet her. I did this on the spot in about an hour, and it reminded me how fun traditional art is, even though I had only a pencil, eraser, and two sharpies to work with. Can’t wait to make more of these!

“Hey!” Kazuma grumbled. “I don’t worry about everything. Only Eikichi and my beautiful Yukina!” He crossed his arms and then grinned. “But hey happy birthday!! That’s awesome!”
“Hmph..” Hiei huffed as he was pushed forward by the admin. “You humans and your trivial birthdays…” he looked toward you. “Congrats on living another year human…”

Not personally, but when my dimwit does come over, on the rare occasion he does, he occasionally likes to speak about his ancestral father. My little old brain is still trying to figure out just exactly what "ancestral father" means, because for someone like me, I'm not too familiar with such terms and I truly have to question what it means to be someone's ancestral parent. I'm starting to think it's a fancy term to avoid saying how many greats there are before you get to the grandparent part.
