Last night was my favorite episode so far!! Cooking for @grant_achatz? Really? 🤯! I was extremely happy with how my dish turned out and how it made me feel emotionally. It made me miss my grandparents and being on their farm. To me, that’s what cooking is supposed to do to us. It’s supposed to make us feel like we’re giving an emotional piece of ourselves to people we love. That’s what “me on a plate” means to me. Last night was the first time I was able to do that. But it wasn’t enough!
