"I'm thinking about leaving once I graduate." He mumbled to the other during their study hall.
"Leaving as in...college?" The other asked.
"No, just leaving in general. Just to get out of here with nothing holding me back. Explore cities I haven't been to, maybe kickstart my music career. Possibly go to college, depends on the mood."
"But no one..." He started off before their teacher gave them a glare for talking too loudly and his voice dropped down. "No one will go for it."
"But if it's what I want to do. I want to be different. Something so much more."
"You are different though."
"Why don't you come with me? We'll take on this world together, yeah? Just you and me with whatever we have on our backs and making a name for ourselves."
"I...I don't even know if that's possible."
"Please? You're my best friend and I don't know anyone else who can do this with me."
"...Give me a while to think."
He grinned at the other before he went back to his homework.
