It has come to my attention that a claim was processed before your extended rental was completed. As the claim was already processed, I can not change it and set it for a later date. Therefore, I will refund you the remaining three days to your account. Should you desire to continue your rental, you must talk to Mistress Motta. The final decision will be up to her.
