Sugar walked into the music room, looked up from her phone, and noticed an immediate problem: No one was looking at her.

She cleared her throat. Nothing.

She cleared her throat again, louder. Still nothing.

Sugar moved to the center of the room and announced her presence with a loud, “A-hem-hem!” That worked. 

“Much better.” Sugar granted the rest of Glee club one of her smiles as they finally acknowledged her presence, followed by a small curtsey. “You’re welcome,” she told them, took her seat,  then resumed scrolling through her social media.

On The Matter of Mistress Motta and her slave Goldilocks

Many of you already know that Mistress Motta has left the island for health reasons. She has made arrangements to return once her health permits however, there is the issue of her slave. As no time frame was given for her return, I am dissolving the claim and returning the slave to the cells.

Master Anderson, you will return the slave to the guards. When Mistress Motta returns, she may of course re-claim her slave as the circumstances of her departure were beyond her control.

Therefore, I will refund you the remaining three days to your account. Should you desire to continue your rental, you must talk to Mistress Motta. The final decision will be up to her.
