“Her royal highness, the Moroi princess has arrived.” Eddie announced with a chuckle, and then he carefully settled Jill on the counter top after the long piggyback ride.

“So what’s the plan for today?” Meredith questioned Jill. It wasn’t a school day and Eddie had asked her to stay with Jill while he took Elena to the store. There were two other Guardians around as well,  in case they left the grounds, but Meredith didn’t know them well.

It was strange, not the concept that they were at Clarence’s home, but that it seemed so crowded today. Adrian and Sydney, Eddie and Jill, Clarence, his housekeeper, and Elena herself. After all, Jill was the only one that had a scheduled feeding that day.
