Blue Jacket Question

When I first saw these images I’ve often wondered if they’ve been compared. Both appear to be blue hooded jackets with faux fir on the hood. Marathon pic from April 2018 and not sure a about the stroller pic. Maybe 2016? Just wanted to spark conversation—if this is “nothing to compare” or, “it’s been looked at, not a match, move on”, fine by me 😁
