These Matcha Latte Popsicles offer a refreshing twist on traditional matcha lattes. Creamy and subtly sweet, they make for a delightful frozen treat on a hot day.
Ingredients: 2 tbsp matcha powder. 2 cups milk. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup condensed milk.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk matcha powder with milk until well combined. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
