update post!!
hey guys (all thirteen of you lmao) so i’m using my current holidays as a time to rethink and reconfigure a few parts of my life, academically and non-academically.
any tips on going vegetarian? with all the pressure from CAS events, difficult subjects (ahemChemistryHLahemMathSL) and just anxieties in general, i’ve noticed my health rapidly deteriorating. while i haven’t gone for an actual checkup yet, a doctor suggested that i may lack essential nutrients and should eat more plant-based foods. moreover, i’ve also been inspired to go veg by a GIN conference i just went to (anyone else from GIN feel free to hmu). it’s definitely going to be difficult, considering my family consumes many animal-based products and we’re all major foodies. i’m planning to go veg 4 days a week, so any tips?
any LibArts majors out there? if you know me, you know my interests are all over the place (my desired majors range from food science to sociology to creative writing, seriously) so a LibArts college seems perfect for me (at this point, Pomona’s a dream school tbh). however, not only do my parents look down on LibArts colleges (not sure why, really) but there IS the question of employment of LibArts students??? so if you guys know anything about it, please do message me, i’m really confused right now.
i’ll also try my best to do daily posts from today onwards!!
