I don’t tag people because anxiety but here’s some words from chapter five of where there is ruin (which I haven’t updated in.... a year? ok. but here, some proof I work on it sometimes). and if anyone else also wants to share some stuff from a WIP they haven’t updated in a year, consider yourself tagged.

June hums, tries to remember the most recent good thing that’s happened.

“Shaun’s birthday is in August. But they didn’t give him any birthday memories,” June says. “So we threw him a party after Christmas.”
