During my time at Christopher Kane, I worked with lots of different materials, crystal mesh was one of them which I have never used and found really exciting to explore.  

We were asked to fix some dresses and also make some t-shirts from singles pieces of crystal mesh and to link them all together to make whole garments.

Three final designs with technical drawings, materials and trims with inspiration to show the type of look I was aiming for. 

The key elements I looked at in these designs were:

- Satin / Silk / Chiffon / Linen / Tulle Materials 

- Judo belts / Ostrich feathers / Beading Trims

- Asymmetric lines / On the bias dresses / Floaty / Modest styles
