Presenting: Math Cattos!
About the first two:
1 is an introverted catto who seems to be in his own world most of the time, referencing 1 being known as “the loneliest number”.
2 is a very friendly catto who believes in friendship as the best part of life and how “it takes 2 to tango”.
Force meets Newton
FYI: A Newton is the SI unit for force when the force in question equals mass times acceleration (F=ma). That's why the both of them look like Isaac Newton and overall similar.
Math Cattos: The Project (Element Cattos)
A few days ago I made a subpage of my userpage on the Element Cattos wiki, with the intent of merging all of the math-related catto projects in the fandom, like Numbercattos and Primecattos, which don't have an established site or anything, for example, Primecattos is popular on Tumblr, yet the wiki is barren. So, here it is, you can also add your own cattos:
Much like the aim of the original Element Cattos project, the aim of this project is, as expected, to teach people more about math. Certain
As you can see, there are various empty spaces, which are yet to be filled in. More below:
Notice: Project Merger
Back in April, I started a project called Math Cattos, aimed to create a catto system for arithmetic.
I worked on some designs, but I mostly let it collect dust. As with many of my projects.
It wasn’t until much later that I learned that @16k512e had a similar project, also called Math Cattos. This one was a lot grander and had much more progress, however.
That is why, effective immediately, I will be merging my project into 16k’s project. All of my current designs will be transferred to 16k’s wiki, and all of my future designs will be going there as well.
It was a hard choice to make, but it is for the best of my designs and the project as a whole that I choose to do this.
Thank you for your understanding.
Gonna have these math cattos accompanying me on my way through university, given that my career is very related to math and physics, and I simply love cattos and maths :3
I'm really flattered, to be honest, let the cattos be with you, also, I too love cattos and math :3
Also, "accompanying me on my way through university" may be literal, since two of my cattos (not math cattos though, chemistry cattos) canonically go to university. LMAO
Random stuff about my math cattos (Element Cattos)
Phi gets nicknamed "Phil" and its derivatives, they don't mind these nicknames and even embrace them. The irrationals Pi, e and Golden Ratio are all friends with eachother, thus making a friendship triangle.
WIP
It’s been a while since I’ve made Math Cattos content, so, here’s 4.
I decided to base his design off of the classical elements, the cardinal directions, and squares, as those have quadric associations.
As for personality, he is quite a fan of squares. He often stands up for 1, as he is the closest number 1 can really relate to. On the other hand, he is frenemies with 3, largely arguing over triangles vs. squares.
