i took my math pretest today and got a 90something i just put a - where a + should have been and it marked me off i was like 'oh ok thats fine ill consider that an almost perfect i can take my test then ill pass thats nice ill get an A on the first take yesss ic an do this
so i take my test. and instead of the normal 20-25 Qs theres only 10...
and im like yesss this is awesome
but then i come across this one q.
and the direction are really really vague.
like... it was a 4 polynomial thing but the direction said to factor but only 3 of the number had a gcf and i was wondering if i oculd factor it by grouping but it just saif 'factor' int he direction nothing about grouping so i didnt. i factored it by 1 lol
and then i got it wrong- and another one but im not bothered by that one its just this one question that stuck out. the directions said factor but the answer was from grouping and i got a fuckign 80 cuz it didnt say 'factor these 4 part polynomial by grouping' and it didnt bother me all that much cuz there were other questions where there were 4 different polynomials where if you factored by grouping if the directions just said to factor youd get it wrong cuz you 'werent following directions'
so... im so fucking pissed off omg >.>
but im laughing right now cuz the girl behind mne is talking about how horrible dr who is for her emotions and how she cried on 'Doomsday' lol
