War is almost over… Maths B was a ShitShowTM for REAL, worse than FPM, but I’m just glad it’s OVERRR.

Dude does anyone have guesses on what the grade boundaries will be for 2025 June 01R/02R? I know 2024 June was 244, jumped straight up from 230-ish (likely thanks to that one girl who got 300/300… crazy stuff). But for the 01/02 papers, it went down from 246 in June to 240 in November???

Do the R code papers have the same hope 🥀 clutching onto that 9 like a desperate child rn 💀 lorddd my dignity has been chipped away by these stupid exams

Open Day

Went to an Open Day for one of the unis I’m interested (even though I’m only in Year Nine!) It was great, as I’ve found a degree I’m really interested in (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) and I know what prereqs I need. Now I’m in a mad rush to get my grades up to get into Mathematics B and to study for Multimedia

currently 10:33am super dark outside bc raining and storming but did some maths b and looked back at how to do some questions in my prac book so now i actually have an idea what i am doing!!!!!!! Now time for a little rest before i go to tutoring

So..

Today in maths I couldn't understand anything and I was calling out answers anyway because I REALLY REEEALLY wanted to understand what we were doing, because I don't understand anything and I'm so sad about it, and all of a sudden my teacher was like, "You boys, stop calling out all the answers, let the girls try. The girls are getting lazy.. Except Fran who's calling out a few things here and there.." And then I realised I was getting EVERYTHING wrong and she was like "At least your trying" and everybody laughed and I started crying quietly because I felt so stupid and I shut up for the rest of the lesson and that's why I had a bad day.

Considering it has to be electronically handed in, I should probably change my Maths B assignment file name to something other than "MATH MATH CITY BITCH"
