He’d been leaving the Copper Penny when he heard an argument occurring right around the corner of the building, and while Cesar wasn’t a fan of getting into other people’s business, he was the curious type (especially with a couple of drinks in him). With his service dog, Gloria, walking next to him, he walked in the direction of the noise, only to see a confrontation between a police officer and a young Latino man around his age. It didn’t take a detective to see that the officer was just giving him a hard time, something that Cesar could tell right off the bat. Of course, he’d been in the force once upon a time, but that was back in Mexico City — things surely were different here. “Excuse me, sir, is there a reason that you’re stopping my friend here on the street?” He asked pointedly, cocking his head to the side. “Last time I checked, ‘stop and frisk’ laws aren’t legal here. Or, should I call your supervisor and ask him to look into that for me?”

He felt absolutely horrible about the way things had transpired at the Valentine’s Day event, believing himself to be entirely responsible for Harlow’s injuries considering she’d gone back into the building to save him. What an idiot he must have looked like, sitting motionless in a state of shock before the blonde was able to get to him. So, it was only natural that he try and make it up to her, showing up at her doorstep with a very large bouquet of flowers in hand. He knocked once, then twice, before stepping back and waiting for a response — which is when someone, who was very much not the person he was looking for, answered.
“Uh — hi,” he greeted the male, attempting a small smile. “Is Harlow around?”

alexia (87) and matias (88) died peacefully in their family home in oasis springs. they leave their estate and a total of §1,900,000 to their four children, five grandchildren, and great grandchild. may they rest peacefully.
