BOOK MASHUP: Matildabot
Based on the novel Matilda by Roald Dahl
This is the story of a little robot girl raised in a family where the father, a used spaceship salesman, is a crook and the mother and older brother are both dishonest and materialistic Her name is Matildabot, and she and her family live on a tiny planet in the faraway galaxy of Montmartreau. Matildabot is a real genius, but her mean family does nothing to encourage her development.
When she is finally old enough, her family sends her to robot school with the meanest headmistress ever. There, Matildabot meets the sweetest teacher who encourages her to learn. Matildabot discovers she has a surprising ability to move objects with her mind and, motivated by the situation her teacher finds herself in, Matilda uses these powers to help her teacher, Miss Honey, and improve her own life as well.
And so, Matildabot and Miss Honey are able to live happily together on the giant spaceship that the Trunchbull finally reconciled to return to her.
