#matrix effect

So after car trouble wiped out my day and plans for the next couple days...>

I experience one of those phenomena I have noted here in the past. The Matrix effect would be a good name for it where somebody I live with selects a program to watch on TV and I walk in the room right at the point a scene matches in detailed synchronicity to events in my now. 

After spending 2 hours in a snowy parking lot to have my car towed...around 3:00PM I crashed on the living room couch, and can hear playing  in the TV room series  Highway Thru Hell . The episode featured towing two 18 wheelers and a crashed snowplow under very cold condition.

A thought. MASS EFFECT

What if when the reapers harvest civilization they put everyones minds into a virtual world which puts them back into pre-reaper society - sort of like the matrix lying to everyone- and each reaper is a different virtualization of the cycle it harvests. Therefore reapers provide more life than what they harvest each cycle. So if everyone gets harvested they just wake up say in shepards aparment, knowing they are close friends and lovers but dont have any knowledge of reapers nor is there any threat of immediate death. And through salvation through destruction reapers bring peace. Virtual, but peace.
