Since yesterday was 🌠the UK release date anniversary of Matrix 1 (it's now 27 years old!)🌠 here's a music video I made, with the song being The Way It Was by Ki:Theory, in January last year. I made it for a final-year university assignment, where we had to make video and audio content for a topic that we're obsessed with and host it all on our own websites. My chosen topic was, of course, this franchise.~

It was a part of me genuinely spending the majority of my final year just making and handing in Matrix fan content for my coursework, and on this most auspicious time of the year for this fandom's British sect such as me, it seemed like an appropriate time to release this one on my blog. 🎆

I know the actual date of the anniversary was yesterday, but this is a part of my extended festivities for it that are going to take place over this next week. I'm wishing the happiest of all birthdays to my central special interest. 🥰🤩💗💚

Now that I'm about to have my final-ever week of university, I thought there's no time like the present for posting onto here one of my pieces of assignment work from a few months ago - said assignment that I did this for was going on during my birthday, in fact! We had to edit together two short videos with visual effects and demonstrate post-production skills, and for this first of my two I decided to make a trailer-like thing about Neo and Smith, because I adore their arch-enemy dynamic so much. What I love about media production is that because it's literally about creating digital content, a lot of the time it's able to be fandom-based. 🤩

Bonus: this below is a screenshot of one particular part of the written report I then had to do. The actual, proper term for the visual effect shown here of something being shown inside the shape of something or someone else is "double exposure".
