Hana Yori Dango is the best Boys Over Flowers adaptation period. MatsuJun perfectly captured Doumyoji's complexities, Inoue Mao perfectly captured Tsukushi's tenacity, Oguri Shun perfectly captured Hanazawa Rui's "my pace" mannerism, Matsuda Shota perfectly captured Nishikado Soujiro's fuckboy attitude and charm, and Abe Tsuyoshi perfectly captured Mimasaka Akira's gentleness and the voice of the group. The rest of the cast were perfectly cast, and their acting was on point.

Don't say anything if you haven't watched this version of Boys Over Flowers, because the other adaptations just don't compare.
