Matthew wasn't doing well. His hazel eyes filled with a foreign sadness that he couldn't explain to anyone. No one in this universe knew that Mat existed except for Matt, he couldn't grieve for he couldn't speak his mind and thoughts about Mat, he was forced to stay quiet. He had to pretend that everything was alright, that NOTHING had happened. When he would get home he would lay in their bed and stare at the wall holding one of HIS shirts; crying, wishing he'd tried harder to keep him safe.

oh boy is there a POUT on his face, arms crossing like a child’s would when they don’t get their way (mainly because deep down underneath all that brainpower, he’s just a five year-old at heart). why did they think it was a good idea to do this? sure, it WAS his idea, not matt’s, but STILL. one of them had to be the other’s voice- of-reason, && apparently, matt wasn’t doing the best job. but mat probably wouldn’t do a good job, either, honestly.
