I'm probably not the first to come up with these theories but anyway.

Ok so krok isn't all powerful, he gets someone else (Jasinka) to make his shit for him, and he's definitely fucking afraid of something. What thing?

I think it's two things:

1. Dying

He's at least as immortal as the universe. But what about beyond that? He might not be. therefore, I think he's afraid of dying, moreso than being alone after the universe dies.

2. Other things/people like him.

Other things that cannot be destroyed or killed are apparently the most threatening to him/his cause. Hence the guns that teleport you.

This category includes the Constructs and"Little Brother". Chuck as well, maybe?

Alternative to Fear 2:

Something more powerful than him, somehow.

The same things could fall under this Fear 2 as my original Fear 2

Last night I dreamt I had recently adopted two new cats, and was introducing them to my cat, Moppet. One was a lovely tortie, and the other a fluffy, light orange tabby with large white patches.
