I love watching religious debates with Dr. James White, Frank Turek and Dr. Michael Brown on various topics especially when it comes to defending the christian faith because the opposition will bring up the strongest arguments against Christianity and the Bible, and christian apologists will respond to their objections with the best answers and will also challenge the opposition. If Christianity was false then the greatest living critics will expose it in the arena of debate and most Christian leaders would refuse to debate it in public in order to avoid embarrassment but Christians had pioneered debate and apologetics from the very beginning (1 Peter 3:15) asking hard questions is encouraged, in Matthew 22:37 Jesus said to love God with all heart, soul and mind, if you just believe without question then you’re not loving God with all your mind, your mind needs to be onboard with this, when you just believe solely on a emotional and social security then all you’re doing is concealing your doubts in private and in time it will completely damage your walk with Christ.
