I don't know if it's just me but it bothers me a little that you're writing tag is 'tree writes badly' because you really don't? Whenever I see you've posted a new fic I'm so excited and I love reading all your writing because it's always really good with really fun (or angsty but ain't that half the fun) plots. I hope I'm not bothering you by saying this! I just feel you should know that you write well and I enjoy reading it all <3

thank you so much, but “tree writes badly” is my tag for things that are not, actually, my actual writing. “tree writes badly” is for me screaming about things that i probably haven’t actually written, or things that i am writing, or things that are happening while i’m writing. 

It’s more of an inside joke with myself, than anything else. I do like writing, and i do like my writing, but, i have no idea what i’m doing. “tree writes badly” is my writing equivalent to skiing down a black diamond when you really should not be on a black diamond, screaming the whole way down, and then bowing at the bottom when everyone tells you that you were rad as fuck.

That last fic of yours hurt my heart but it was really good. Poor Steve, poor Tony. And I'm just imagining, from everyone else's point of view Steve's behavior must be so scary and heartbreaking, we really got a feel from that just through the slight interventions of the other Avengers. Thank you for sharing it with us :)

I know the experience of watching someone becoming more and more wrapped up in delusions is honestly really scary, especially when it’s someone you care for. So, yeah, a lot of sympathy for Steve and for the team who are seeing him deteriorate.
