Mattsunart
Indulge in a delightful latte creation inspired by the talented Japanese latte artist, Mattsun. This bear art latte is not only visually appealing but also a delicious blend of espresso, steamed milk, and sweet syrups. Perfect for anime and coffee lovers alike!
Ingredients: 1 shot of espresso. 8 oz of steamed milk. 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup. 1 tbsp of caramel syrup. Whipped cream. Cocoa powder for dusting. Latte art tools.
Instructions: Brew a shot of espresso and set it aside. Steam 8 oz of milk until it's creamy and frothy. Pour the steamed milk into a latte glass or cup, filling it about 2/3 of the way. Gently pour the shot of espresso into the center of the milk, creating a dark circle. Use a latte art tool or toothpick to draw a cute bear face in the espresso crema. Start with two small circles for the eyes and a larger circle for the nose. Add two small dots for the mouth. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel syrup over the bear's face to create the details and features. Top the latte with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Finish by dusting a pinch of cocoa powder over the whipped cream for a finishing touch. Serve your Tokyo Otaku Mode B Latte Bear Art by Japanese Latte Artist Mattsun and enjoy!
