Pesach Dessert
I forgot to share this in my Passover post but I found a recipe for a really tasty (and chocolatey) matzo cake. It is chocolate mousse in between the layers of matzo and then an icing poured on top made from semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Also the matzo pieces are soaked in coffee!
Mine ain’t as pretty as the website photo but what else is new. I put the extra mousse and pieces of matzo in a mason jar to save as some messy leftovers (as ya do in Georgia). My sister and bother-in-law loved it!
