I just want DickTim having. the weirdest, co-dependent relationship

Tim sits on dick's lap, dick kisses Tim's face all over (bc that's his little brother and he's soooooo cute!) and sure, yeah! whenever one of them gets hit by Poison Ivy's pollen they go to the other! cuddle pollen? I'm just gonna go hug my brother! sex pollen?? who else would I trust but my precious brother whom I love? and sure maybe they kiss on the mouth sometimes but that's super normal brother behavior actually!

and I just want Jason, who has recently come back into the batfam folds and is watching them and is like "whaattt the fuuuckkk"

bc sure, he didn't hang out with Dick that often but that is. That is not how Dick was with him. And he didn't have any siblings before but he had friends who had siblings and they sure didn't do those things

and now that Tim is sort of his little brother HE doesn't do those things with Tim and Tim doesn't try to do them with him

I just want slightly disgusted aghast Jason who is like. "Are you seeing this shit Bruce?" and Bruce is like "Hm? See what, chum? I'm so glad you and your bothers get along so well I'm so glad you're home are you staying for dinner?" And Jason, who has seen Dick hand feed Tim one to many times that day is like "fuck no, I'm leaving"

stalking cubed 👀

stalking cubed is JayDickTim and is really just a double Mobius reach around of stalking lol. Tim is stalking Dick → Dick is following Red Hood → Jason is stalking Tim

Tim is stalking Dick, keeping tabs on him after he left Gotham and frequently breaks into his apartment to clean and throw out old food. Dick just... Doesn't notice. He's in a bad way rn

Dick starts investigating Red Hood who's started poking around Bludhaven and following him on patrol, they have a few run-ins and Red Hood keeps commenting on Dick's “boyfriend” but he thinks Red Hood is just being weird and homophobic

Red Hood/Jason takes a bit longer to return to Gotham, globetrotting a bit longer. Bruce never replaced him as Robin, but there are more vigilantes that have popped up that he works for. He starts looking into Dick’s life (which is still in Bludhaven, and he never really reconciled with Bruce) and starts stalking his “boyfriend”

I have a little tiny snip below the cut but I don't really have much written for this lol

All sounds in the apartment stop as soon as Jason knocks on the door. He gives it a few minutes before he knocks again.

“Uh, hello?” He calls out, but still, nothing. He knocks a third time. “I know you're in there.”

There's the sound of locks sliding and then the door is cracking open, chain still hooked. Dick's twinky little boyfriend peeks out at him.

“Can I help you?” His face is closed off, voice guarded.

Jason tries for his most charming grin. “Hey, I'm an old friend of Dick's. Is he around?” Something passes over boyfriend's face too quickly for Jason to get a read on.

“No, sorry. He's at work, you'll have to come by later.” And then moves to slam the door in Jason's face.

Jason shoves his foot in before it can close all the way and thanks God for steel toed boots. “Maybe I could come in and wait for him?”

Boyfriend's face spasms, glancing horrified down at Jason's foot blocking the jamb. “He’s— he won't be back until late. And I have to head out soon so—” Boyfriend flounders.

“I'm Peter, by the way,” Jason says, “you must be Dick's... roommate? Boyfriend?”

The kid glowers up at him. He really is a petite thing. Honestly Jason didn't know Dick went for them this young. He looks like jailbait.

“I think you should leave now,” boyfriend says, “please move your foot.”

I just. Am so unwell about DickTim. Looking up to the same guy your whole life and then suddenly you've inherited his mantle. and he's right there giving you pointers and making sure you're safe and taking care of you and also also he's hot. But also he still treats you like a kid even when you're not anymore!! And how do you make him see past that???

And in the reverse this kid who has known and watched you the entire time and still looks up to you like. Helping him and watching him become capable and self aware and knowing you helped shape him and helped him achieve that and you see him grow up and into himself and suddenly he's a fully formed identity and person separate from you and how do you stop seeing this guy as a kid when you knew him when he was 3 years old but he IS grown now and UGH

If you're still doing the WIP tag game, I'm soooo intrigued by 'jaytim Steph's Boyfriend'!!!! :DDD

yes ofc! I always love talking about my wips lol

Unfortunate I have so little planned for this one

It's a "Jason survives Ethiopia" AU and he goes to college (a little late after taking a year+ off of school to recover) and he meets Steph in one of his lectures. They become fast friends but I haven't decided if they know the other's identity (ie. Spoiler and Ex Robin/if Jason is even doing vigilante stuff)

Steph talks a LOT about her boyfriend (Who is one Tim Drake and is Spoiler's Guy In the Chair) but fails to mention that they dated for approximately a month like 5 years ago.

Tim is in his senior year of high school, skips a lot of class and is doing his best to support Spoiler and also take over his parents company that's SHOULD be handed over to him once he turns 18 but the board is being a little sketchy.

Jason meets Tim and is like "oh no he's hot" and THEN is like "oh no that's my best friend's bf I have to be So Normal about this

and then it takes Tim and Steph SO LONG to tell Jason they're not ACTUALLY dating

“Uh, excuse me?” 

Jason turns. The boy standing behind him looks too young to be on campus, but honestly most of Jason’s classmates look like that. He’s got dark hair in desperate need of a cut that swoops into his eyes, and bright blue eyes that Jason swears are staring into his soul. He reminds Jason of the male love interests in the books he likes so much. He’s a little scrawny, a little disheveled. With his sweater almost hanging off one shoulder and dark bags framing his eyes. 

He is, unfortunately, exactly Jason’s type.

“I’m looking for Steph— Stephanie Brown? Is she in this class?”

And the thing is, were it anyone else, Jason would have no idea. There are at least 50 students in this seminar but Jason’s dream boy is asking for the one person he happens to know. Happens to be waiting for. 

Jason lifts up Steph’s bag that he’s been holding. “Uh, yeah she just— she’ll be right back.”

Dream boy grins, and Jason’s heart swoops. “Great,” he says, “do you mind if I wait with you?”

The gates of heaven are opening up, the angels are singing. “No, go right ahead,” Jason says, absolutely keeping his cool. “I’m, uh, Jason, by the way.”

Dream boy’s smile turns crooked, his eyes sparkling. “Oh, /you’re/ Jason.” He holds out one perfect hand for Jason to shake. “Tim Drake. Steph talks about you a lot.”

Tim Drake. 

Stephanie’s boyfriend.
