On March 28, 2019 Maury Laws, a seasoned songwriter passed away. A year before his death, Sonntag covered ‘Even a Miracle Needs a Hand,’ his classic Christmas songs from the Rankin/Bass 1974 film “Twas the night before Christmas.” Maury was an amazing songwriter. He wrote some of the most iconic melodies and lyrics and his work will far live beyond all of us. I would personally like to wish my condolences to his family and friends. Sonntag’s version of ‘Even a Miracle Needs a Hand’ is now available on all major platforms. RIP Maury Laws
