Mawface has a Dog Mouth that typically functions as one but when he verbally talks i imagine his mouth moves like one of these mfs:

idk how to describe it lmfao stop motion-y i guess??? anyway he's got more of a monkey body with really long arms to climb around with with humanistic hands to grab and he used that to his most annoying advantage he's basically Oscars foil in a way uuu idk i feel like ive already said it all in this post > x

can you give us more info on the cult? Like pontis old cult, what they were like, their influence on the city, ect. I love them so much I have a soft spot for mawface 💕💞💕

WHELL Ponti's cult was mainly formed by other fighter refugees from the same orphanage and the majority of the crowd is just rough monsters from the street, most of which just lived shitty lives that eventually dragged their friends/family into it as well so it was preTTY sizeable like Mangule and Lili came from the same orphanage, Lili kinda just followed Ponti around (she's mute) and while he was all ''yo who tf is this lil ass girl'' he just accepted it and after seeing what she hid under her facial wings he let her be in the group. Mawface and Eli came from the streets after Ponti was released from the orphanage and Ponti was quickly able to pinpoint their insecurities and play off of them, for instance Mawface was the runt of his litter and was eventually abandoned completely until he found Ponti's cult and Eli was orphaned as well having lame wings that couldn't fly and mangy feathers from the genetic clash, so Ponti would comment abt how Eli couldn't even fly therefor he was beneath him or how Ponti could throw Mawface out in the street alone again if they got out of line ect. Despite all the negative tension admittedly they were like Ollie's squad, they hung out all the time, and sometimes got along and genuinely had good times, and did crimes as bonding which is also why they put the entire city in peril and i aint gunna go much further into that for spoilers sake bc im LITERALLY right at that part in the comic 🤫 but it was p bad there were areas of the city that was 'his territory' and people eventually had to find alternative routs to use or else they would run into the cult and possibly get killed, but once Ponti got kicked out and Mangule took over it became more formative and orderly instead of just fuckin shit up everywhere lmfao While they used skateboarding as Something To Get Behind, when they weren't skateboarding they were destroying cars and ganging up on random people on the street or breaking into houses ect. if he found out anyone left the group he would hunt them and anyone they knew down and torment/ kill them which is the lil backstory for this goretober was Eli's long lost brother or such had been trying to get Eli out of there for a while and eventually Ponti got tired of the outside influence and Got His Ass:

There was an initiation to get in aka Ponti just beating the absolute shit out of you and if u survived then u were good, ofc he would twist that and maybe he would go more easy on some people than others or he would just aim to kill them but make them think they were going to get in hence this pic of Eli surviving:

it was p violent in the cult in general like if there was a skateboarding contest or somethin within the cult if someone won or got in the way too much or even if they lost, a fight could break out which could end up being a mass fight until Ponti brought an end to it which of course he would let play out gruesomely long or use it as just another chance to showcase his power for arrogance sake and to keep ppl from forgetting just where he came from the list goes oNNNNN

literally wrote a whole entire post on Mangule until i realized it said Mawface right before posting GSGAAAHA OK SO the gross mutt man yes ive had a small redesign for him in my head for a long while aka just giving him long greasy stringy hair and more of a hunchback lmfao but idk when thAT will be drawn

but anyway he always smells like wet dog and BO despite him being the official Scent Tracker in the cult with his 3 sets of nostrils, giant ears, and ability to see in beyond darkness he is a master at finding people which is p much the only reason why Ponti hasn't skinned him alive by now bc i assure u Everything he does was annoying AF to Ponti from having begging habits while Ponti is severely food aggressive to having no personal space ie. getting right up to faces to sniff them ( bc outside of pitch black he's p much blind as hell in well-lit areas) to biting at his fur making The Grossest mouth noises ect. so he gets on everyone's nerves a lot otherwise lmfao in fact Ponti has smashed his eye bubble countless times bc it can grow back:

luckily his eyes are like a snails and can retract into his head quite fast to avoid damage

his body is p much a mixture between an ape and a dog with how he's got long ass creepy arms with seemingly humanoid hands so he can climb around easily and in some cases he has been a morbid attack dog for Ponti. When he's not doing nightmare fuel cult shit he's p goofy n stupid ( a little like Oscar but Worse) and his best pal is Eli mainly bc he can tolerate him the most but yeah thats all i got on him so far 🤔
