Today on #maxibeadmonday, I give Artkal XL beads another chance. Staryu is made entirely from Artkal XL beads. I got frustrated with the ironing and tried to speed things up and of course ruined it 😂😂😂😂 Starmie is a mixture of Perler Biggie (Cheddar and Dark Purple), Hama Maxi (Light Purple) and Artkal XL (everything else). I'm still not happy with the Artkal XL beads. They have thin walls which makes for a poor melt, even going low and slow. They don't melt and touch each other. Perler and Hama still play nicely together. Overall I'm not happy with the Artkal XL.
