Headcanon
Maxie buys a big Christmas tree for his grunts and admins for the common area. The tree is lighted with some colourful lights that only shines Orange/light brown and red. This is to show some respects to their effort and that he wants to keep Team Magma together. Maxie sometimes visits this area to lunch because of the cosy warmth and lights. He also has a little tree in his own room which he adores to watch when the lights are out.
