As far as I can tell a lot of people who ordered sometime around late august and later haven't gotten theirs for the most part. They probably just sent out the first batch of tickets to have that done (and maybe get some more money, since they offered a limited amount of photo-ops for pre-ordering. Companies are sneaky like that).
