Your blog is so beautiful. Where did you get those little updates tabs from and how do you install them with the beautiful pictures :). Also, where do I found different pictures like that :) sorry lots of questions, just your blog is amazing.

well there’s really everything you need to know in the original tutorial for the updates tab. including how to make those little headers, how to add links, how to add images, and where to find the pictures you want. :) the pictures i have i found them on google. i just googled “transparent tumblr images”. you have to copy and paste the link of the image into the html of the updates tab. it’s all explained in the tutorial. :)))

I’m glad you like it!

Colors are one of the thoughest parts to get right in an icon. If you use Photoshop, I recommend using an overlay above your picture (either an other layer of the same picture or a color layer, with the opacity adjusted to make sure it’s not too much), it gives vibrance and contrast at the same time.

Under the picture, I use a radial gradient (on this one I used one in white and one in gold above a pink/red background, which is why it’s not plain).

where did you get your icon from?

I made it myself. We always try to have exclusive icons for this blog. =) As for the picture, I used this very good gallery with only Marvel HQ pictures.

I may have some time to do some icons stock. Does anyone want some with the new Civil War pictures? I could also do some for X-Men Apocalypse or Daredevil. Reply to this message with any requests you have and I’ll try.
