Steph stopped Damian with a hand on his shoulder.
"Jeez, kid! How did you not notice? Okay, okay, just because you've had worse before doesn't mean you can just brush this off," she inspected the rapidly swelling bruise closer.
Stephanie had had her fair share of wounds before, of course she had. Any vigilante worth their shit had been thrown around like a rag doll once or twice, but to be socked in the eye that badly and not even notice...?
For lack of anything better to say, she muttered, "You look like an angry grape."
